Leaptec Engineering Sdn Bhd (“Leaptec”), an indirect subsidiary of LBS Bina Group Berhad (“LBS”), has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Desan Deniz Ins. San. A.S. (“Desan”).
